Sitting down with Eric and going over your case he will explain what he calls the "diagnosis" and "prognosis".  Which means he will explain the severity of your case and what the outcome will be.  When he explains your outcome, it will be exactly what happens.  In my case, he turned a felony matter into a misdemeanor.  Eric is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and compassionate. I wound up in the gray area of California's confusing and often scary legal system.
I Had originally sought to retain another attorney who on our very first meeting asked me if I had $25,000 in my briefcase that I was carrying when I went to meet him for the first time. When I said no, he told me to come back when I do!

This man knows the cannabis world and laws better than most. I was surprised at how at ease he is inside the courtroom, that's because he knows what he is doing and he knows what needs to be done.
