Frank has a long history in the Cannabis Industry. He opened one of the original medical marijuana collectives, TLC in Los Angeles in 2006. He was a client of the Shevin Law Group, retaining the firm to help represent him and his Business against the City of L.A. 's Lawsuit which he eventually won. He navigated the maze of licenses and permits early on and sold TLC to the Jungle Boys in 2013.
